What makes you different?

My approach is built on experience, both as an athlete and as a coach.

As a former collegiate softball player, I understand the discipline, resilience, and consistency required to perform at a high level. After my playing career, I began my professional journey in strength and conditioning at the collegiate level, working under a former Clemson Football coach and learning firsthand what it takes to develop athletes and individuals for long-term success.

But what truly sets me apart is that I never ask my clients to do something I don't believe in myself.

Every workout, training method, nutrition strategy, and meal plan I create has either been personally tested by me or successfully implemented with clients. I don't rely on trends, gimmicks, or one-size-fits-all solutions. Everything I recommend is backed by experience, proven results, and a genuine belief in its effectiveness.

My goal isn't just to give you a program—it's to provide you with a plan you can trust, guidance you can rely on, and support that meets you where you are. Whether you're an athlete chasing performance goals or someone simply looking to feel stronger and healthier, you'll receive coaching that's intentional, personalized, and built around what actually works.

How does virtual training work?

Virtual training provides the same personalized coaching and accountability as in-person training, all from the convenience of your own space.

We'll work together to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle, utilizing FaceTime, Google Meet, or Zoom for our one-on-one training sessions. During each session, I will guide you through your workout in real time, providing coaching, feedback, and modifications as needed.

Rather than receiving a generic workout beforehand, exercises are prescribed and coached throughout the session as they take place. If you need additional instruction, demonstrations, and movement breakdowns are always available to ensure you're performing each exercise safely and effectively.

Whether you're training at home, in a commercial gym, or while traveling, virtual coaching allows you to receive individualized support, expert guidance, and real-time accountability wherever you are.

What credentials do you have?

My coaching philosophy is built on both education and real-world experience.

As a former collegiate softball player, I understand firsthand the dedication, discipline, and resilience required to perform at a high level. Following my athletic career, I began working in collegiate strength and conditioning and have continued to build upon that foundation through years of hands-on coaching experience.

I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for over three years and currently hold the following certifications:

  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

  • Certified Sports Fitness Nutrition Specialist (CSFNS)

  • CPR/AED Certified

  • Specialized training in Cupping Therapy

I am also currently pursuing my Powerlifting Certification through ISSA to further expand my expertise in strength development and performance training.

That combination of education, experience, and practical application allows me to provide coaching that is both evidence-based and proven in the real world.

Why is there not a generic price list?

Because there is no such thing as a generic client.

Every person who works with me has different goals, schedules, experience levels, challenges, and availability. A college athlete preparing for competition requires a completely different approach than someone looking to lose weight, build confidence, or improve their overall health.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. Every program is built specifically for you, taking into account factors such as your goals, training history, schedule, lifestyle, consistency, and the level of support you'll need to be successful.

Because no two programs are the same, pricing is determined based on the coaching structure and resources that will best help you reach your goals. My priority is creating the right plan for your success, not fitting you into a pre-packaged program.

The consultation process allows us to discuss your needs, determine the best path forward, and provide a customized recommendation that aligns with both your goals and your budget.
